The uNiqu' Arts Team

nA' Stubbs (Artistic Director)

nA’ Stubbs is a native of Pittsburgh, PA.  Possessing a perpetual love and passion for the Creative and Performing Arts she founded and serves as the Artistic Director of uNiqu’ Arts.  Her competency in the arts includes singing, dancing, acting, writing, choreographing and directing. As an eclectic, yet steadfast visionary, uNiqu’ Arts has functioned as a vehicle for her to reach, encourage, teach, coach, and strengthen others in their artistic crafts… all over the world.

She was introduced to most of her artistic abilities through ministry at a very young age. She then attended the Pittsburgh High School for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA), came into contact with others who fed her artistry and “uniqueness”, and the rest was history.  

While creating performances and productions geared towards messages to change/enhance lives, for the past 15 years, nA’ has been graced with the opportunity to lead a revolving group of gifted artists, literally around the world, in the realm of what she deems as “effective” arts. As of 2019 she has been able to add “filmmaker/screenplay writer/film director” to her artistic repertoire. Stay tuned…❤️❤️❤️

Kontara Morphis (Assistant Artistic Director)


 Kontara Morphis is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. She is a resilient visionary who has an undying passion for the arts. Kontara is the Artistic Director of K-Theatre Dance Complex, a Dance Academy that provides quality dance instruction in several major areas of dance, which include Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, and Hip Hop. The Academy’s curriculum also incorporates Dance Theory, Terminology, and Dance Theater. KTDC has largely impacted the physical, academic, creative, and personal development of its students. 

Daniel Tate (Business Partner)

Daniel is a seasoned performer of the arts. He began his performance career delivering spoken work at The Shadow Lounge in the East Liberty section of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition to performing, which includes spoken word and acting in theater productions, Tate, as he is affectionately called, has been writing for 23 years. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he and his wife, Crystal, are the proud parents of two sons, ages 15 and 2. For the past 10 years, Tate has been working with a group of writers and actors as a way to open up life-changing conversations utilizing the arts. When he is not spending time with family or performing, Tate enjoys recreational shooting and basketball. He can be seen in the upcoming film series, Life on Stage… The No More! Project.

C. Nathaniel Brown
(Resident Film Coach)

C. Nathaniel Brown is an award winning writer, director, and filmmaker from Baltimore, currently residing in Atlanta. He has written, directed and/or produced more than 30 films including short films, feature films, and documentaries. He has been a professional writer for nearly 30 years and has been a filmmaker for the past 11 years under his company, Expected End Entertainment, which produces content for film, television, and internet. His scripts and films have experienced success at dozens of film festivals internationally and have garnered numerous awards. Some of his projects can be seen on such platforms as UrbanflixTV, InfluencerTV, Amazon Prime and YouTube

His passion is to produce meaningful content with an impact, and inspire and motivate people to dream bigger, live their dreams, and impact their world.

Ted Mitchell (Resident Musical Director)

As a music production and performance veteran, and beginning in his elementary school years, Ted has collected a wealth of musical experiences throughout his career and in a plethora of musical genres including, Gospel, Classical, Hip Hop, Neo Soul, Pop, Folk, and Jazz. As the youngest in a musical family of 8, Ted began singing in the church. At age 11 he passed an audition to join the famed and prestigious Pittsburgh Boy-choir where he studied theory and performed abroad in the genres of classical and folk music. As a teenager, Ted took an interest in music production and began producing music for friends and the artists. Before long, Ted found himself producing, writing, and composing songs and hits for various artists and projects in the music, film, and theater industries. From a young age, Ted has traveled, sung, and performed in many groups and across multiple genres. Ted has also been a Musical Director and leader for various events, groups, churches, and shows. Today, he continues to create and inspire with his music. And he credits his ability to God, his musical upbringing, and many experiences across so many genres along the way.

Jenise Lewis (Actor/Dancer)

Jenise is an actress, dancer, content creator and natural hair enthusiast. She began acting at the early age of six years old in church, Solid Rock Foundation Ministries of Pittsburgh, and naturally began to blossom under nA' Stubbs' teaching and coaching in the art of performing...in excellence. She has been a part of the No More Project and Uniqu' Arts for over 17 years, and attests to the fact that her time with the organization has been more than experience in performing and a creative outlet, but has also been a space where she learned many of life's most valuable lessons. She studied Biology and Journalism, and graduated in the class of 2021 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jenise feels blessed to have a wonderful family and support system that has helped her along my journey thus far. Her desire in life is to walk in her God-given purpose, create wealth that will support her family, and to be a blessing on earth before her time is up!

Christopher Wheeler (Actor/Musician)

Chris is an actor, musician, and gamer. He strives to be the best he can be at any given thing, often surprising himself with his accomplishments. One of his favorite phrases is "nothing ventured, nothing gained", believing that anything is possible until he's sure it's not. In his free time, you can find him listening to playlists created to help him get into character, playing video games, or trying to get someone to look at photos of his two wonderful cats, Marble Mae and Louis. He retains a lot of trivia knowledge, especially about comics and movies, and it doesn't take much to get that information out of him. While Chris excels onstage and on screen, he also dreams of working behind the scenes choosing shots and directing. For him, the only way to find out if it's something he can do, is to give it a shot.

Zanetta Butler (Vocalist/Actor)

Zanetta L. Wingfield is an anointed gospel artist, songwriter, and arranger from  Pittsburgh, PA. She is also the pastor of St John Bible Center, located in Lawrence Pennsylvania. Since her first solo at the age of 5, this voice could not remain hidden. Seeing herself as a traditional Gospel Artist, others see her as anything BUT, due to her versatile vocal ability that spans the ranges from traditional, contemporary, jazz to urban. She is referred to by many as The Songbird of Southwestern PA and is sought after for her anointed vocal expression which ushers in the presence of God. Zanetta is best known as a founding member of the Stellar Nominated Gospel Group MINISTREE who traveled the country for over 30 years proclaiming God's Word in song. Throughout the years, she has also sung in school choruses, plays, and community productions. She has directed choir workshops, her home choir, and praise team and has Had the privilege to be a member of The Gospel Family; with who she traveled Europe singing the Gospel message. She currently works collaboratively as a cast member of The No More Project, with Dr. Alton Merrell and IMPACT Gospel Jazz, as a cast member MotherOla In The Bold And The Sanctified stage play, and as a member of the New Millennium Gospel Singers (touring Italy).

Cynthia Obiekezie (Actor)

Cynthia is a Nigerian-American actress. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Theatre and Marketing from Pennsylvania Western University (formerly California University of PA) in 2020. She joined Uniqu’ as part of the No More Project’s “Life on Stage” Limited Series. This solidified her love for acting and the arts. Since then she has worked with different acting groups such as Rage of the Stage Players and even the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Black and White Festival Cast 2022. She is an Affiliate and resident actor of 3.B.T Productions and is currently represented by Docherty Talent Agency in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. In her free time you can find her either at the roller rink working on new tricks, on a laptop coding her next project, or in front of the camera filming her next self-tape.

Jaye Robinson (Actor/Singer)

Jaye has been working as an actor since he was seven years old, performing in various stage productions in the city of Pittsburgh, during which time he also wrote and directed stage productions. Jaye is also an up-and-coming designer who has been wardrobe lead on several stage productions with an emphasis on accuracy concerning the era in focus. With the skill set of having worked as a fashion stylist and editorial photographer, in 2021 he served as Wardrobe Dept. Head and co-starred in "Life on Stage. The No More Project", a 7-episode anthology series. Every day he strives to further develop his craft as an actor and to make electric forward-fashion designs with a message. Jaye is very excited about what the future holds and continues to maintain a grind to turn his dreams into reality.

Aaron Jones (Actor)

Aaron is an emerging artist born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Aaron began acting at the age of 14 and says his continuation in the arts comes from wanting to accomplish every goal that's placed in front of him and using his gifts to honor God while better serving himself and others. He loves to analyze film and is also passionate about photography and videography. He believes his experiences in high school as a theatre arts major (Pittsburgh CAPA) and attention to detail allow him to bring a different perspective to his creative endeavors. From a young age, he has loved working with other like-minded creatives and had a true passion for acting, media creation, and everything that has to do with entertainment.

Adriana Alphonso (Actor/Dancer/Model)

Adriana is a classically trained theater performance major from the University of Seton Hill where she also studied dance and singing. She’s starred in multiple plays and musicals with various companies. Adriana’s creative skill set also includes modeling for which she has been featured in digital magazines, music videos, and commercials. She is also a regular in Pittsburgh’s Annual Fashion and Style Week. Since venturing into film, she has been featured in multiple series and films including  “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” starring Tom Hanks and August Wilson’s “Ma Raineys Black Bottom” starring Viola Davis and the late Chadwick Boseman, directed by Denzel Washington. She is currently working on several projects along with writing her first film.
